Golf without stretching or exercise can be accomplished by many people.
Golf with stretching or exercise can be accomplished by many people.
Better golf can be accomplished with a golf instructor you can work well with.
Your best golf will be working with your instructor and a sound exercise program!
If your Doctor says “you are fine to start an exercise program”, winter is the best time.
Below are some drills I do at the Gym to promote better health and range of motion.
